Maybe you have a tiny apartment. Maybe your partner keeps using the phrase “let’s circle back” on ZOOM meetings. Maybe you need an excuse to get out of the house for an hour. Whatever your reason- IPTAR has private, comfortable, sunlit offices available for rent by the hour, day or week.
IPTAR offers a unique coworking space which features closed, private offices. You’ll be able to shut the door and have a private meeting, or dive into that report you just haven’t been able to focus on. With personal key fob access into suite, you can make a booking online and use an office whenever you need it.
Community safety is our priority: our spaces feature newly installed HEPA Filters in the HVAC systems as well as in-room air purifiers, disinfectant wipes and sanitizer. The space is rigorously cleaned on a daily basis. In addition, there is a common kitchen with free coffee and a printer, a Poland Spring filtered water station, and multiple in-suite bathrooms.
IPTAR’s facility space has both internal (un-windowed) and external (windowed) offices for rent as well as a beautiful, large conference room that can be rented for events. The building is ADA compliant with an elevator to the second floor. Please note, and there is no full-time front desk staff.

- Dimensions: The rooms are about 10 X 10, some slightly larger.
- Furniture: All have a desk, professional office chair, couch or recliner, lamps, and a bookshelf.
- Schedule: The offices are open from 7 am to 10 pm, 365 days a year.
- Dimensions: In general, the rooms are about 8 x 8 feet. Some are slightly larger.
- Furniture: Most have a couch, two chairs, a small table, and a lamp. None have desks.
- Capacity: All rooms fit a maximum of 4 people comfortably.
- Children: There are tables with chairs for small children in 3 rooms.
- Schedule: The offices are open from 7 am to 10 pm, 365 days a year.
- Registration: You can not reserve rooms until you have signed an agreement and are registered by an administrator.
- Booking: You can book a room from a minimum of 15 minutes before the hour you wish to book a maximum of 6 months in advance.
- Cancellations: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy: if you cancel your room booking within 48-hours of when it takes place, you will be charged.

IPTAR has a large conference room space with full capabilities for lectures and meetings. We can provide A/V and cleaning services if requested.

In order to rent space from IPTAR, you must first sign an hourly rental agreement. In addition to the signed rental agreement we require the following:
- IPTAR to be listed on your liability insurance as an additional insured landlord.
- Please note that this is not your Malpractice insurance, but your “slip and fall” insurance. It costs about $20 to obtain from your insurance company. Your liability insurance and malpractice insurance may be covered in the same policy but not always.
- If you do not have professional liability insurance we can recommend companies
- A copy of your professional license.
- A refundable $25 key deposit.
You are required to have this insurance coverage before you start renting. the actual certificate of insurance is needed, not the application. you will not be allowed to sign the rental agreement without this document, no exceptions.
